iLIVV is a digital marketplace and technology platform for housing and property discovery, access, transactions and related services. The platform is intended to operate initially in Nigeria and subsequently across Africa.
iLIVV provides technology that facilitates connections and access to platform services. iLIVV is not the owner or landlord of listed properties, is not an estate agency, and does not guarantee property availability, legal outcomes or the quality of third-party services.
- Accounts and Listings
- Users are responsible for information supplied to the platform and for maintaining the security of their accounts. Property owners, agents and other participants are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate and that they have the necessary authority to list or offer the relevant property or service.
- Verification, Reviews and Conduct
- iLIVV may use verification processes, reviews and other trust signals to support safer interactions. Reviews and ratings may be moderated. Users must not engage in prohibited, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or unlawful conduct through the platform.
- Subscriptions, Payments and Renewals
- iLIVV Pro and Ask iLIVV are paid monthly subscriptions priced as shown on the Plans page at the time you pay. Each plan covers everything listed for it, with no separate charge for those features. If you pay by card and choose automatic renewal, iLIVV will charge the same card each month until you cancel, and will email you three days before each charge. You may cancel at any time on the Plans page; cancellation stops future charges and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, iLIVV may retry for a short time and then stop. iLIVV will not charge a changed price without asking you to confirm it first. Boosts are optional one-time purchases. Payments are processed by our payment provider; iLIVV does not store your full card details. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected. Contact Support about any charge you do not recognise.
- Disclaimer and Liability
- Platform users should conduct appropriate due diligence before entering transactions or relying on information supplied by another user or third-party provider. The applicable agreement also addresses intellectual property, fees, suspension, termination, disclaimers, liability and other platform terms.
Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy explains how iLIVV collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information in connection with the platform and its services, including in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
- Information We May Collect
- Depending on the service used, this may include account and contact information, identity information such as NIN or passport details, property information, verification documentation, technical information and transaction-related information.
- How Information Is Used
- Information may be used to provide and administer accounts, support identity and property verification, facilitate transactions and communications, provide support, improve safety and fraud prevention, and meet applicable legal obligations.
- Sharing and Retention
- Personal information may be shared with appropriate third-party service providers where necessary to provide platform services, subject to applicable safeguards. The policy also addresses retention, deletion, data-subject rights, complaints, security, consent, updates and third-party links.
- Your Rights
- The Privacy Policy sets out rights and procedures relating to personal data and explains how users can raise privacy concerns or complaints under applicable data protection requirements.
Landlord & Agent Agreements
The lawyer-provided Landlord Agreement covers property advertisement, listing and promotion, ownership or authority to list, accurate property information, verification, landlord responsibilities, liability, indemnity and termination. It also contains provisions for estate-agent marketplace participation.
Tenant / Customer Agreement
The applicable user agreement covers eligibility, platform services, due diligence, property verification disclaimers, inspections, payments, reviews, third-party providers, liability and termination.
Service Provider Agreement
Service providers are subject to the applicable Service Provider Agreement, including registration information, professional obligations, accurate service descriptions, response and timing requirements, fees, reviews, prohibited conduct, liability, indemnity, suspension and termination.
